Have you ever done business with this company before? If you answer yes, then so do I. If you have never heard of them, call them to try to straighten it out. Be very careful to not give them any more personal info than they already have. If they say,"Have you made purchases at_______ lately?" ask them if they represent ________. and then ask for a number to call them back at after consulting your receipt book. If, on the other hand, it is your phone company and it is your phone bill and you are just looking for a silly reason to welch on it, you are out of luck.
