Slap your hands over your eyes. Justify your beliefs with any excuse you can arm yourself with. Mask the vacancy with a belief in a higher power that can fill the void. Lie to yourself. Tell yourself that there is a God giving meaning to your empty life. Murder those who disagree with you. Defend your fallacious beliefs at all costs. Do not let your mind be opened. Utilize fear. Tell people they will live after death and perish in hell. Get a congregation going. Find others who are traumatized in life. Find people who are empty, sad, and want more. Find those that cannot fill themselves with understanding. Find those who fear their own worthlessness, and need reassuring. Lie. Tell your followers that there is meaning in the world if they just surrender their spirit to God. Repress your desires. Repress anything that may allude to the pleasures of the self. Disregard humanity and truth seeking. Be completely certain of your theistic beliefs.
These cures for nihilism will be very tenuous and subject to reproval. These reprovals will cause you to second guess your beliefs and accept meaninglessness. That is too terrifying for you. You must convert others to justify your celestial philosophies of love and fulfillment. You need cohorts. Other people to agree with you. Then wage a spiritual battle. It sounds difficult, but all you have to do is shut your eyes and make yourself believe there is a Lord. It should be easy for someone who fears life and death.

No cure, because Nihilism is not a disease.
Nihilism is a way of describing the corruption and chaos in any human-based system, which includes everything from governments to your local Mom and Pop grocery store.
Go to BEYOND GOOD AND EVIL and let Nietzsche guide you through the ropes of Nihilism..... and don't forget to laugh.

since i mentioned nihilism as a response to an earlier question by you, I feel a little responsible to respond here as well. I myself reached the same nihilistic frame of mind few months ago, and since it s been hard , almost impossible for me to find anything worthy in life while also being a nihilist, here are some ways that help. first of all, nihilism teaches that there s no such thing as truth and value, or rather, that even if there is such thing, we as humans can never know it. however that stetement in itself is an attempt to say that there is some "truth" int he world, namely, the only truth is that there is no truth according to nihilists. Logical contradiction arises. I might mention more, when i think of more lol. good luck

Proof that God is real would help. I'm a firm believer in nihilism. It's basically being a tolerant athiest, I think.
