Who is going to tell you the plan, all the nutcase neo-cons are war dodgers, or divorced.
Do you think Newt Gingrich is going to say anything. He gave his wife (3rd wife) divorce papers while she was waking up from cancer surgery.
Are you really gonna listen to Rush Limbaugh. He got out of Vietnam by claiming he had a sore on his ***. He's also had two divorces and spends his days high on pain killers.
These are examples of why you won't hear any nut case neo-cons talk about family, community, country much. They know if they open their big mouths someone is gonna call their bluff.

Your "question" (and I use that term loosely) doesn't make sense. A plan for what exactly? Family? Stop abortions and the perversion of the family. Community? Teach people to be self reliant so they can be productive members of society. Country? Don't wimp out, ala Democrats, when it comes to protecting our country. Now, it seems to me that the dem's only plan is the annihilation of morals and family values. So what's YOUR plan? Hmmmm?
