Most likely, the contacts underneath those keys have gone bad. You don't repair things like that because new or used keyboards are so cheap. Just buy another keyboard and that should solve your problem.

It happens. Keyboards are dirt cheap these days. Go out and buy yourself a new one. You should be able to find another cheapie around $15 or less.
