I do. It's really a matter of conditioning for me. Often in tight situations, I have to process the information quickly, and retort distinctly. It takes conditioning. Often all I can hear is a buzzing in my head, so go with it, sort through your thoughts (quickly), and address the situation making you feel anxious...intelligently...
If someone is putting the screws on you, you screw right out from under them, and reverse that back at ya.

This is not a philosophical question. But, still I will try to answer it in its perview. We are all born with some tendencies to fullfill when mingles with the external world, we develop many complex judgements which even go as deep as subconscious. Then, the anxiety arises voluntarily or involuntarily. When I say voluntarily, it happens due you your forced thinking of some thing horrible going to happen if you stand-up and say something in front of a cround or getting in to water or climbing tree etc.
Involuntary is: when your intelligence says, nothing will happen, you are also convinced but you just have stuttering and shivering and sweating when you wanted to do the same. The factors affecting this phenomena probably are
1. Genes, heriditary or previous birth experiences
2. Excessive production of some body chemicals in a small mentall triggering
3. Brain electric current
3. Childhood experience or rediculing by peers and family etc.
4. Basic nature of introvertness.
Your case can be found out by a psychotherapist. For short term help there are medicines and for long term meditation, visualisation and other relaxation methods are there. Also, try to participate as many social gatherings as possible. I do get anxious when the croud is hostile. But, then, I have my mental techniques to overcome those attacks immediately and I become totally relaxed.

I'm a bold person--I don't get nervous; I could walk up in front of anyone and pick my nose. I do get anxious when I have to sit still for more than two hours, but to overcome anxious breathe. Singing or thinking up games inside of your head helps.
The only advice I can give to anyone who is nervous in public is to relax. Life is full of surprises and tough times; and trust me---getting in front of people isn't going to be the most difficult thing in your life. Just be yourself and look forward to letting people know the true person inside of you. Life is very very short and there is only so much time---so just go ahead and live life.
Relax, breathe, count to ten, enjoy yourself and have fun!

You probably have general social anxiety like I do. My heart would race, and I would panic, and I couldn’t concentrate, or think clear, and it happened every time I got around people in public. Then, I started going to therapy, and my therapist said that I have social anxiety, and it could be medicated. Well, I’ve been on the pills a while, and I’m not completely better, but god, it helped soooooooo much, and I feel loads better than I did. NO ONE should ever have to feel that way. It’s awful.

Don't go out,order all your groceries over the internet,when they r delivered slip the money under the door & say "keep the change" so u dont get any dirty bugs on your clean hands.
