you have to be 18.......but if u look older you might get away with it.......best to do these things when you are older tho, start out with something non permanent,like a piercing......or henna tattoos.....

Tuscany - though you should be a little more specific. London and Paris are cities, whereas Tuscany is a very large region with several cities of its own. I have lived and worked in all three. They all have their plus points, but Tuscany is the only one where I was always welcomed with open arms and where nobody was looking to take some kind of advantage. I speak the three languages. bear in mind though most GOOD tattoo places will refuse to tattoo you if you're under 18 reguardless of law, they also won;t do things like boyfriends names etc, check that the place is reputable before you even consider going in

It's all in how you present yourself.... if you act immature they will card you so just act like you do it all the time , bring cash ( money talks / B.S. walks ) But really think about what you are doing.... a butterfly on your butt at18 will look like mothara flying out of tokyo when you are48!!!
