Look, if you have to ask that to people on-line you have to give us more information to better answer your question. In any case, if he was sweet before, perhaps it's time to start some more communications with him to find out what's going on. If he was never that sweet, that's just who he is and if you want him to be more sweet, it'll take some effort to change that behavior in someone rooted in "not being sweet". Bottom line: Communicate with him and start a dialog that will open your relationship to new aspects of each other you may not realize is developing.

because he is not sweet my fiance was sweet for a hot minute going into our relationship but now he is just a guy i know he loves me and he is sweet once in a blue moon but i've learned to accept it he is just a man and i really don't care anymore

Well, we don't know him, or anything about him, nor anything about his life, and nothing about you or your relationship with him, therefore, there is absolutely no way of conjecturing why he isn't sweet, or what your definition of sweet is, and why he doesn't match it.
So, can't give an answer with a question and absolutely no information to base an answer on!
