Neocons care about America insofar as they want to continue to let big corporations go unabated in ripping off America and making the world unlivable. As for a plan they have a plan to turn the U.S. into a fascist theocracy.
Isn't it funny how people who tried to make the word "liberal" or "lib" a derogatory term, now object to the use of the term they coined for themselves? If neocon is a derogatory term it's the fault of the neocons themselves.
