I have found that tea tree oil works awesome. Go buy a little bottle and put a small amount on the affected area. It can work in as little as overnight on specific infected pores. ACNE Sucks good luck!

I'm not sure about echinacea, but tea tree oil works wonders.

Ive never heard of that. Things that I think work really good are getting a smooth beam or laser treatment, also diferin gel works really good.
