educate yourself. It's not glamorous (or particularly easy) but through this process, more doors will open to you.

One thing you should be able to is swimming i am i had fun doing it but the problem would be getting to hat place to do it. So hang in there try making a to do list for a week so your days won't feel the same all the time. i know it's hard. Anyways try knitting, learn how to play chess, I answer yahoo questions just to kill time.

After my kids all left I thought I would go crazy. do you have a well behaved dog I started taking mine to the hospitals to visit sick patients. It does not matter if you cannot walk if you use a wheelchair that would be fine. I felt like I was making a difference in peoples life and really enjoyed it. Other things you could do is volunteer at shelters or anywhere your interested in, at shelters you could just play with the animals but it would make you feel like you helping somewhere and with your health problems if you are not feeling well one day you are not committed to go if you don't want to. Good luck

My dear friend 45 years young! Unfortunately we all must play the cards life has dealt us. You can do this! I have. Feed your mind with a book from the library, no cost. Call a friend to go to the park & talk. Enjoy the beauty around you. So many of us
can't see all life has offered for free. It's there for the taking. Seek & yee shall find.

How about working for a non-profit in the office? I don't know what state you live in but I am sure you can google non-profits in your state and start to find out if they have openings. That way, you help yourself and someone else.
Another thing I might suggest, go back to school online. Many colleges offer online courses and that is very interesting and it will open up a whole new life for you.

There ought to be something you prefer to do. It would not should be a club, only a pastime. it should be something as dumb as construction variety planes, see you later as you locate it exciting. notwithstanding, have you ever joined a set that volunteers to assist human beings? Like habitat for humanity or that style of difficulty? because regularly those communities are those human beings earnings from the most because it type of sounds like you're doing them for a extra constructive reason than in simple terms to occupy some time.

no money.....internship.
OK, either you are skit-zing, trying to speak for your mother, other of yourself, or this is a riddle
BUT in case its none of the above
Set up a website for others in your boot to chat.
This will not only take care of your wanting to be a productive
citizen but also help your loneliness.
This can be free if you watch the sites.
Oh and for Christ sakes while you are on this little journey ignore the cant people.

How about offering your services to one of the centres that offers counseling to young adults, i am sure you have priceless personal experience to share with others, on the other hand you could visit people in the hospital and offer encouragement and friendship there are other lonely people who need a friend maybe you would find that fulfilling and not too taxing on your strength.

You could contact a church and inquire about a call list. (call the older members of the congregations daily just to chat see how they are) you will make new friends.
No money involved...but a lot of gratitude! You would not have to leave home, but a whole new world would be at your door!

maybe try volunteering at your church or in your community. Find out what you are interested in, animals......you could volunteer at you local shelter or humane society filing paperwork or answering phones. Maybe helping the needy, there are tons of stuff you could do, despite your condition. Get out there and feel good about what you're doing.
