Physically, you lose the Hymen, but not your Virginity. That is more of a psycological thing than physical anyway.

you will still be virgin it terms of never had intercourse/sex
with a man but the hymen wont be there. no blood will appear
on your first sex thus no proof to the man that you are a virgin.
even your finger will break the hymen.
