You can use software's like Recoverit or Restoration which I am been using since very long time and very much satisfied.

Well if it was in the recycle bin and then you emptied it and it's totally gone... you are out of luck unless you know a lot about computers. You would have to hope the section of the HD disc that information was on was not written over and was not wiped. The only information that can be recovered is information that is in a section that has been left untouched on your hard disc. Recovering that can be tricky. If you try a program for recovery and you're lucky, you might be able to retrieve it. If any of those bits were altered then that information is not recoverable in any state. Sometimes windows will store temp data for recover purposes for a short time but if it was just a word file or mp3 or something, you're basically out of luck. Sadly information is easy to lose forever on a computer.

I assumed you deleted your file by accident. You may try the UNDELETE/Recovery programs like UNDELETE.
