Yes it can cause irreversible damage. If you have it in the first place, something is wrong with your mechanism to gain and lose an erection. I think it's "im PO tent" to go to a dr. if you have an erection lasting longer than four hours. You know bro, I'd jump in the car after three. You don't mess with the future of the package.
