i dont think so.but i will like to have a look at u or know ur physical stats to say something.do u get any complements regarding your ht and weight.If not then its fine.................. OK

I am 5'5'' and 144 lbs. My goal is 115-120 lbs. Sometimes people think that being average or slightly overweight is ok. But, if you were to lose 20 lbs, it would make such a difference in your confidence, make you look totally different. Remember Nicole Richie? She was pretty average. Then she lost a bunch of weight, maybe a LIL too much, but still, now she is hotter than Paris. Try it. Dont obsess, but, having excess weight around your middle is very bad for you, and if you really think about it, if you ate clean, (fruits, veggies, lean proteins, and lots of water) and exercised 30 min daily, you WOULD lose weight, and that is a healthy lifestyle.

I'm 5'5" and about 157 lbs and I'm muscular and not fat. It all depends on your build. But if you're only 142, you're probably fine.

You're good. Unless you have a small frame or have high body fat, then you might want to consider a BIT of exersise.

according to the BMI (body mass) chart you are borderline of healthy and overweight (whom ever made this chart).... but it all depends, are you active in activites? Or do you just sit around doing nothing? What is your age bracket? I believe you are healthy, - I am in the same ball park as you!!! Hope this helps!

You'll find calculators and charts that say your weight is unhealthy. *pbth* If your blood pressure is good and you aren't overly a couch potato, I'd say you are just fine.

No that sounds like a healthy weight. If you are not very muscular however, i would say add some more exercise into your routine

i dont know because iam 5'5 and 110-115 and i think thats an avergae weight for my height?
