Everyone's body and hair is unique and while some teens really do need a shower every day--sometimes two!--you're schedule is fine if it keeps you looking and feeling the way you want to.
You may find that your habits may need to change at some times or in some seasons, but whatever works for you is the best thing for you to do.

Everybody's body is different. Personally, I have extremely oily hair-if I even think of skipping a day, my hair shouts it. However, there are others who was there hair every other day, because they have dry hair, and washing excessively would damage it.
But, I do think a daily wash of at least your body, with some soap is necessary. Bacteria is all over your body, you sweat during the day and sweat and dirt doesn't make a great combanation. Potentially, boils could develop and those are painful and in some cases need to be treated by a physician.

It all depends. Myself, I have very curly hair, so I don't shampoo my hair everyday, more like 2 times a week, but when I do shower, I always condition. Now, I don't always take a shower every day...it's arbitrary. If I have been sitting around all day doing nothing, or just ran a few errands that day and didn't get hot or sweaty, I will probably skip until the next day, unless I need to shave. If I'm late I'll do the same thing, too. But if I did anything that day that caused my body to release toxins, I am going to shower. My husband says I need to take tham everyday, but he doesn't think I smell when I don't and really doesn't know when I do and I don't. Again, it's all if you need to and can your hair/skin handle it?

I hate taking showers and getting my hair wet but not clean. It just feels bad. Maybe I'm spoiled or something, but I shower and wash my hair every day. My friend does that along with shaving everyday, except on the weekends. Imagine washing your hair, washing your body, and shaving your arms and underarms and legs everyday. It probably adds up.

Hey, before asking people who don't know what their talking about, trying doing a little research. It all depends on your hair type. It is extremly bad to wash your hair with shampoo everyday, even the oiliest of hair shoudn't be washed everyday, hence why so many girls hair have split ends. It is okay to get in the shower everyday and condition, do a google search for your type of hair, don't listen to silly girls saying it's gross not to shampoo everyday, they are the ones ruining their hair.

Personally, I shower every day and wash my hair every other day, but there is nothing wrong with not showering each day. It really depends on your body and how active you are each day. I have a desk job and therefore I don't sweat very much so I really don't HAVE to have a shower each day, I could get away with one every other day.
If you prefer not to have a shower every day, don't, but do make sure that you wear deodorant so that if you do sweat, you will not smell and make other people uncomfortable.

No, you're not crazy. Actually, it's not good for your hair to wash it every day. And sometimes just a specific-area wash (I think you know what I mean) is all I do in the morning.

i absolutly hate not showering daily. It's gross to me, and i find i lack energy for the day if i dont start off fresh and clean. Once in a really great while, if i'm at a freinds house and crashed out overnight, i might skip a day, but what an icky feeling it is. All those body oils and dirt building up. yuck.

Not to sound raciest, but thats more of a white girl thing to wash your hair everyday. Black people (at least i can only speak for myself) do it every other day or every 3 days or so. Depending on their hairstyle.
