im wondering why the ocean explorers like ferdenand magellan did not happen to cross to outer part of the earth (if really earth is floating in the outer space) but instead go rounding around earth (thats why i wonder is there a wall like eggshell covering the earth)

The earth is floating in a "dark matter" a vacuum of space. Its held in its rotation around the sun by the mass of the sun's gravity. Yes earths atmosphere is like a eggshell, in the since that it protects whats inside.

Yes, and the stars are just painted on the eggshell. But the real question is "Who laid the egg?" I'm betting on one big chicken!

By the way, Magellan, lied about circumnavigating the world, just like NASA lied about sending men to the moon. He sailed until he hit the shell, then hid out in Uruguay for a few years.

the earth is protected by the van allen radiation belt(magnetic field sorta thing) it protects us from solar wind, and the atmoshere protects us from small meteors and UV rays
