What do you mean?
Our Media is always falling into propaganda.
Western minds simply do not understand how things work in the Middle East, how people think, or what's going on, in Iraq or in Israel.
America is doing a better job than the rest of the world though.
The UN makes itself look downright ignorant and physically retarded. (yes I know what I just said.)
It is important for Americans to judge very slowely in regards to things going on in the Middle East.
Judge slowely our troops, and esspecially our President, I simply do not understand how peopel can figure they can judge the President when they barely know what kind of work, pressure, and stress he is under? I mean think- the current leader/example of the known world, that's a big job to fill. Americans are lazy and simply want to judge by the whim of their tv dinners.
Not all but most Americans don't care to learn facts, to ponder the President's decisions, to think about global effect and opinion.
And barely a fraction of people even are qualified to even talk about what goes on in the Middle east, those people are - A. Soldiers who have been there and done it, and B, People who have lived there and or know the Eastern mindset, which is very few.

I believe were in for a drastic change in our nation, the youth of today get all their news from MTV and the other liberal propaganda pushers. and soon during the next few years we will see the down fall of America. It really seems like its coming from every source . the schools. tv , music . The commie libs are pushing from every side while the conservatives don't want to offend anyone by being intolerant. The best thing to do is pray for our nation and leaders

Well the war effort in itself is propaganda. It was born of propaganda gone awry. There is propaganda by the US military in Iraqi newspapers (something that has even concerned Conservative lawmakers who want to believe the U.S. is promoting freedom of speech instead of engineering it). There was propaganda stating that the war was over... when in fact it continues to be something that is splashed daily on nightly news casts with new stories of death and loss.
The war is born of propaganda. It is not possible to avoid it now that every failure only adds to the prospect of a reversal of power in the U.S. congress and senate... with possible consequences for the president himself thereafter.

The masses have been prone to sway by propaganda since the invention of mass media and the government's realization of its innate ability to control it. It is unavoidable, save for a massive overhaul of our entire sociological perspective which would promote personal introspection and consideration over blind faith in the mandates of others. This is unlikely, however, because it would necessarily entail depriving those with power of their ability to control. And since they already have control, and they've worked so hard to get it, they're probably not going to give it up very readily.

Only an educated electorate can see through propaganda. Sadly, our citizens are poorly educated or too lazy to do the research necessary to differentiate fact from fiction. They would rather just listen to the likes of Rush 'pill popper' Limbaugh and Bill 'sexual harrasser' O'Reilly.
