The "conservatives" preach a plan on a regular basis; its just not the one you want to hear. They want a society with as little goverment intrusion as possible so that everyone has an equal right to succeed and grow.
Adversely the democrats plan is tax more, spend more on unionized teachers, and create a goverment that takes care of them rather then letting them take care of themselves.
The ideals about our childrens future is well defined - if you just look at it.

GROW UP AND GET A CLUE,KID. This is america, you raise your kids any way you want.. Mine will be raise by an old time religeon loving Christian, with christian morals, a good education, good study and work habits, and good leadership training. They will rule gently over your badly raised, dopey brats and they will allow your children to participate in american democracy as long as they obey the law and stay out of jail, but hopefully my children will out vote your children and your children will never be in rulership roles, because we do not need another liberal led house of government, ever!
