Lucas is on record, no more movies.

However, there is the new TV series, which he will be producing. And there will continue to be novels, games and other merchandising, so there's no reason you can't continue to feed your hunger for more Star Wars well into the future.

Nope, George Lucas himself said he is done with making more movies. Though I've heard he is creating a TV show of Star Wars.

If the money is good enough there will be. After all, even if George Lucas is not interested someday his estate will own the rights and his heirs might like to cash in.
