Oscar would win in the octagon and Cookie would win in the street, both because of one factor: have you ever seen Cookie chomp down on some cookies? He's got jaw power! Since one of the only rules in octagon is no biting, he loses, but on the street, Oscar is toast. (or a cookie :P )
