Yes. All you need to do is to keep accessing the e-mail accounts separately.
Since handling this might be a bit difficult, may I suggest that you download and install the Opera 9 browser which can remember the e-mail id and password for you and make it easy for you to log in and out without having to do the gamut of typing otherwise involved?

Alternatively, you could also use a fun e-mail Client like Incredimail, which gives you a lot of fun things like a butler for a notifier, 3D animated fonts to use in your mail, zany backgrounds and even your own handwritten signature!

Email addresses are limited by the provider, not by computers or software. A lot of standard email software (such as Outlook and Outlook Express) will handle multiple email accounts. On my computer alone I constantly check close to 10 email adresses on a regular basis.

Sure, if you use Outlook Express just go to Tools >> Accounts >> Add Account >> Mail
With other mail clients is very similar too
