I am a service connected disabled Nam Veteran I have lost both of my legs a year ago from Agent Orange but I don't have the funds to buy a Van that my wheel chair will fit in, please I need finical help or a raised roof Van. I never thought I would see the day where I would have to beg for something, I have no pride left, but I felt with all the funds that people of America sends over sea's maybe I could get someone to help me my wife cannot work for she has to be with me 24X7 due to seasures I also have, I have all medical reports if anyone wish's to see, someone I beg you to please help me

Contact your local VA Office. I am sure they can assist you with this matter.
Contact your local Salvation Army, Good Samaritan Ministry. They also can assist you with this!

Contact your local VA. You should recieve some type of assistance in obtaining transportation thru the VA. If you are disabled and is recieving disability from the military then I have seen cases where the government buys the disabled veteran a vehicle. Contact your local VA office for details. i hope you are a member of your DAV locally. there is such great help available, and the service officers would know how to help out. feel free to email me if you like and i can direct this to some connections i have here that may be able to help or tell me how to direct you.
my dad is a 100% disabled from vietnam as well. he is agent orange induced diabetic with many complications. my mom has done alot of research on ways to get assistance. she not only found grants for vechiles (they got $11000 in grants for a new car) but also to revamp your home or even buy a new one so it s more handi cap accessable. as well as my mom has to stay home with my dad 24/7 and along with the disability each month she gets some as pay like a in home nurse.

I would call your local VA, you also should be intiled to some money from being exsposed to agent orange. I would find out!!

I dont mean to be mean, but why would you ask someone on here? it sounds like a scam to me. Im sure A LOT of people would help you wherever you live if you REALLY had no legs!

Talk to members of your community or the local news media about having a fundraiser for you. We did it for someone in our local community.
