EMU OIL SUNBLOCK IS TOTAL PROTECTION. MY FRIENDS MOM HAD LUPUS AND WAS ALLERGIC TO THE SUN AND HAD TO BE TOTALLY COVERED FROM HEAD TO TOE UNTIL AFTER 30YRS SHE USED SOME EMU SUNBLOCK AND FOR 1ST TIME GOT TO BE IN SUN UNCOVERED!!! NO LIE, IT WAS GREAT AND MADE HER SO VERY HAPPY TOO!!!!

Take the amount of time that you burn without sunscreen. The SPF in sunblocks will multiply the time by the SPF (minutes). You cant reapply to last longer... just use higher spf

Use a sunscreen with a SPF of at least 15. It should contain one of the following ingredients, if it doesn't, don't buy it:
Titanium dioxide
Zinc oxide
Avobenzone
These are the best and most reliable for protecting you from both UVA and UVB rays.

hi....use a sunscreen with SPF15 or more...to be more specific u can use 'NIVEA SUN'...its a sun block by nivea.. ans is UVA and UVB protected...even m an asian n can understand heat here...
