Hey you, I'm glad you can't smoke on a plane....good time to quit!
(Don't want to lose any new pals!)

I'm totally into the new Jallepeno Sunflower Seeds...
Opp...see now I have to go to the kitchen and get some....
hold on!
O.K. I'm back....spit! spit!
But if you don't wanna be doin' the "spit..spit thing in a cup"
Hmm! I love Beef Jerky....
But then you'll smell like dead carcuss to the sorry snoring guy next to you!
Those little cheese and crackers are yummy
Trail mix or Chex mix
Nuts and raisins with m&m's
celery and carrot sticks
(I buy the little baby carrots in the snack packs) yum!
And then don't for get your sweets to balance out your salt!
Little suckers or candies are good to suck on
Just remember to read the labels and NEVER get anything
with Aspertame or even worse Neotame
And I'd bring a bottle of water as well!

And for sure- bring something to bring your brain busy so you don't focus on smoking as much.
I'm a sucker for a crossword puzzle. I keep a small one in my purse at all times.
Oh, hey....favored toothpicks will help as well if your watching calories because they give your tongue something to play with instead of a butt! (I used to smoke...that's how I know!)

Happy and safe flyin' to you....
Some of us will miss you...like me!!

Greeting Rocker chick, when I get on a jet I like to bring a snickers bar, a heath bar, a bag of dry roasted peanuts, and M&Ms. I'll bring reese cups too. I don't try to bring all of this in one shot. It may make the security drool and want what I have(lol) I only bring one or 2 of the items I have listed but I do consume all of the above when I am on a plane.

Of course gum. Then if you need it badly try nicotine gum. I fly from the US to Korea all the time and it is over 16 hours and I usually take a sleeping pill and then crash. When I awake I try to chew gum. Chocolate can help too. You could always bring a toothpick and use that to stimulate your oral fixation as smoking is an oral fix too. Just try to sleep and listen to music. You can't get drunk on planes anymore so that is out. But that lead to people wanting to smoke too cause like me when I drink I would like a cig.

Dill pickle potato chips. Garlic stuff. Anything that will spread throughout the big closed aluminum tube just like the smoke used to. The whole point to smoking on a plane was to annoy the other people, anyway.

they'll probably give you peanuts or crackers, so try some choc covered pretzels. And carrot sticks.

I've also seen some drink that has nicotine in it, I've not tried it, but that may help prevent that nic fit.
