Yes he is, he isn't doing stand up comedy anymore though. They were discussing him on the radio a couple of weeks ago, not sure what he is doing now.

Yeah, Katt's pretty hilarious, but 2 of my all-time favorites are George Carlin(as far as alive goes) and the late and very missed Richard Pryor. ;)
