THE worst? There is a 10-way tie for first place I think. But, I guess it would be over-opinionated. I have been with women who say whatever they want whenever they want and argue with anything they hear different.
It's like you have a choice:
Argue back
Change the subject
Agree with it all
Or leave her with the check and drive home

The very worst thing to do is to complain about how all your ex's were jerks or whatever. Generally it is best to leave your ex's out of the conversation.
I think good conversation that is thoughtful, witty, fun and a little sarcastic is the best.
