The second they go on sale... that's what I had to do with last night's in Pittsburgh... it was a blast!!

You will almost certainly have to be a season ticket holder for the Giants next year to buy any tickets for All Star weekend.
Teams make a lot of regular season ticket revenue by linking all star tickets to season seat purchases. Otherwise, you're in the secondary (scalper) market. You can't do anything before 2007 season tickets go on sale.

Info & PR for the game. I haven't found a definite date for the game, but I would recommend looking on eBay or elsewhere starting in April or May.
