The travel agency I work for has a Travel Service Provider license issued by the US Treasury Deprtment. We can legally arrange travel for US citizens holding US passports to Cuba under some very narrow guidelines. As a Brit you may legally travel to Cuba, however you would not be able to purchase you air ticket from any entiry in the US. Even Mexicana Airlines US reservations line cannot do it although Mexicana does fly to Cuba. You would need to arrange to purchase the ticket in Canada or Mexico, or if you have a contact in Britain a travel agency there could book your travel.

To visit Cuba you will need a Cuban Visa. I doubt that you could acquire one in the US. US residents wishing to visit Cuba do so through a travel agency either in Canada or Mexico who will supply you with a visa. You will have to depart from either of these two countries and return. The Cuban customs do not stamp your passport to protect you from US customs.

What you do is travel to the Cayman Islands and then catch a flight to Cuba. Cayman Airways flys to there 3 times a week on Wednesdays, Fridays & Sundays. You will love it there. I would advise you to travel with some personal food with you, as I find the culinary offerings there isn't that tasty at all.

No. If she retains to be married with you for the subsequent 3 years and assuming that she'd fulfill "residency requirement" contained in the U. S., then, she will will change into an US citizen. in ordinary words after that, she'd be able to get an US passport. surely, having a eco-friendly card signifies that she remains a "foreigner" (so can not get US passport) yet someone who's allowed to stay contained in the U. S. completely .

I think that your best bet would be to go to the state department website and check out the restrictions and requirement to go to Cuba.

Through GB or Mexico. Mexico should be your best bet. You could get there from Cancun.
