vincenzo445, not all highways in Arizona have 75 mph speed limits. Besides, U.S. 60 via U.S. 93's highest speed limit is 65; it drops down alot depending on where you're at. Plus Tombstone is like 20 miles away from Interstate 10. The only way to go 75 or higher is I-10 and I-40 when you go thru Kingman. That's it.

Douglas, it actually takes about 8 hours to drive to Tombstone. About 5 hours from Vegas to the Phoenix area...from the Phoenix area to Tombstone will be about 2 1/2 - 3 hours.

Don't forget Arizona is in the same time zone as Vegas/L.A. (Pacific time zone) from now thru the last week of October; after that, Arizona will be one hour ahead of them. Because Arizona does not observe daylight savings time, it forces the Mountain time zone to move back into Arizona in late October. So if you're heading down to Tombstone soon, no need to change your clock right now.

depends on the route...from Vegas, I suggest a quick trip to AZ via 95 south and Interstate10 east. Do not go all the way into metro Phoenix. When you get to Buckeye take AZ 85 south to Gila Bend and connect with Interstate8 east to near Casa Grande where you re-connect to Interstate10 toward Tucson. Follow I10 to Benson and follow AZ 80 to Tombstone, AZ .

Happy trails.

Above answers are all correct....if you are in Tombstone check out this "Gravestone" ... it's not in the graveyard but in one of the courtyards on Main street:
"Here lays stiff and hard
the last damn dog
that pooped in my yard"
....... too funny !!!!
