Never wash white and colored clothes together.

Even if your whites have a slight stain pre treat them in a stronger detergent solution before washing it. Just by raising the temperature of the water you will not get the stain out

Sun dry white clothes for a brighter look.

Bleach them when they start to look a little Grey but not very often as the frequent use of bleach weakens the cloth fabric.

a bit of oxy clean added to the detergent in the washing machine gives a brighter whiter finish to the clothes.

Always wash whites separately from rest of laundry. Use the hottest water setting for the clothes. Right now I am using a laundry detergent with whitening in it. I don't use regular bleach because I find it turns whites yellow over time. If you don't want to use a laundery detergent with anything in it you can buy bleach alternative and use separately. I usually buy regular detergent and the bleach alternative because my 2 teenage boys can get their dark clothes quite dirty. I find the bleach alternative works on both darks and whites.

I usually put in my clothes and then my detergent with some clorox 2 powder for getting your clothes brighter and then start the wash cycle. After the washer is filled with water I then put about 1/2 cup of liquid bleach in with the load and let them wash.

The Atlanta Braves at one time used something called SA-8 to keep their white uniforms clean. As you might know, Georgia's dirt is red clay based and hard as the dickens to get clean.

SA-8 is sold by Amway / Quixtar distributors and they even have a combination of products called "White Socks Recipe" that is fool proof to get your whites to sparkle.

If you are interested in ordering use the link below and IBO number of 0468570. They will ship to your home with a 100% guarantee.

My approach: one million. Spray stains with stain stick and dip into oxyclean (about $3-$4) it really is a non-clorine bleach. For deep stains, soak the stain in chilly water for a couple of minutes with extremely the oxyclean. 2. upload detergent and softner in proper dispensers (if given). If not, then toss in only the detergent first. you are able to upload the softner in the course of the superb rinse cycle. 3. Toss in whites 4. Set water temperature. lots of the time, chilly water works for me. 5. commence washer. different options to oxyclean: Baking Soda Borax Washing Soda Lemon Juice (on particular stains) -All of those are possibility-free options for the surroundings and are low-cost to get.

I use Shout's Color Catcher sheets. Even in whites there are color deposits from previous washings. This will take out the color deposits and the whites will sparkle. Patti
