a fetus becomes male when it recieves a hit of testosterone causing a male development. with that said:
all people begin to develop as females. so for some time, it develops as one, causing nipples and the opening for a vagina. but if it is meant to be male, it gets that hit of testosterone after some developmental actions. one being nipples. also, that is why all men have a scar going from their scrotum to almost the anus. that is the scar from the fusion of the skin where the opening of their vagina was until it got testosterone

It is what is generally called a vestigial structure.
It isn't rocket science when we say that men and women develop differently structurally, however we start out with the same basic components and they develop different ways.
The appendix is also a vestigial structure, meaning it has no function. So is the tailbone. We have it because it's part of our embryonic composition.
At one point human embryos even have rudimentary structures that could develop into gills. They don't because that isn't in our DNA. Neither is it in the DNA for men to develop full breasts that produce milk. But we do get to keep the nipples, which make a good reference point for some types of surgical incisions.
We have numerous vestigial structures in our bodies--both men and women, but we still develop into functioning people.

While in the womb we all start as a female chromosome. It develops until the male chromosome kicks in. Just saw a story about this on TV. I have no idea what I'm talking about, but that is what they said. I wondered the same thing. It was interesting that a male could lactate and feed a baby also if required. Many men do drip milk from their breast at some point in their life due to a hormonal imbalance.

I do not know why, but men CAN produce milk through their nipples just like women. Men can get this shot to enhance the chest; and when making the chest bigger they can produce milk. The reason why men don't breast feed babies is because men simply do not have enough milk, even after the shot. Men could barely create enough milk to the mass of a toothpick.

Because in the womb both men and women start as undifferentiated fetus that become either male or female depending on the genetics. So early on both sexes have the ability to become a woman but in men testosteron kicks in and we become men but not before we develop nipples.

There is no why.
It simply exists, a relic of our fetal differentiation into the sexes.
In the way of evolution, male nipples did not slow you down or make you less likely to survive in any way, or the lack of them simply hasn't been developed. It plays as much a role as the third eyelid, a tiny vestigal structure, though I will not include the appendix, since it can be harmful.

Nipples for men were provided in order to enable us to say something is "as useless as nipples on a man"!

because we(male and female) all descended from a common ancestor, and that ancestor happened to have nipples

All male mammals do! In some rare cases, people and animal alike, the males have breast fed their young! (Personally, I've seen cats do this when the mother cat, has died)

They didn't inhibit genetic replication enough to be removed through evolution.
