Well, for me i use apricot face wash from st.Ives. it works if you use it 2 times a day and use it for 30 seconds a time and use warm water to rinse it off.

For you you could use differn just consult with your doctor first.
It really matters on how your skin reacts to these "blemishes"
if you have severe acne you might need something like proactive or differn.

If you just have a few pimples or whitheads then you can use face scrubs or brand creams with gentle crystals to get the bactirea out of your pores.

If you want smoother skin for your whole body than use cocoa butter lotion or aloe vera.
I use olay night and day cream. If you need a lift for your face than i would use olay regerist. one thing:
DO NOT GET INJECTIONS,SURGERY, OR BOTOX!
IT CAN REALLY HARM YOUR FACE.
just use trusted brands or organic ingredients.

If you have hair on your legs and want to shave and have smoothe soft skin at the same time, use veet or another cream like skintimate when you shave. For veet there is not razor. You can also use any other trusted brand with added moisture to keep your legs smooth and not dry like a desert.

You also have to watch your diet, most people think that if you eat greasy food, your face will mess up. That is not true because its your pores that get clogged, no the grease INSIDE your body is never going to get in side your pores.

But wait. You have to drink lots of water and stay out of intese light. Make sure you have some kind of shower plan and bathing time. Remember to always keep and eye on any blemishes befor they get worse. Dont use cheap things on your face either.

Wash your face twice a day. Every day. If you have dry skin apply moisturizer in the morning. Apply a prescription cream or gel once a day. (I use Differin, it works very well) Keep this up for a while and you'll see a difference. But the most important thing is to wash your face with a good cleanser. My favorite is neutrogena deep clean cream cleanser OR Neutrogena Extra Gentle Cleanser, but I am currently using Clean and Clear Blackhead Removing Scrub, which is the best for getting rid of blackheads.. Good luck

I sometimes use homemade Lye soap. Its very easy to find on the internet or at craft shows. It is all natural and works wonders for dry skin, broken out skin or rashes, exima (spelling?). I also like to use Anti-Bacterial bar soap if my face is feeling oily. Some people say it is too harsh but my skin loves it. Imake sure to scrub with a cloth warm water and sopa. This exfoliates and keeps skin bright. Always follow up with a moisturizer, I like Avon Anew in the green bottle.

I use the Clear Skin Regimen at http://www.acne.org. It's a non-profit (so it's free), the guy who created used to suffer from pimples himself. The system works wonders on my face, and its helped countless other people. The best part is that you don't have to order or buy any expensive treatments, everything you need for the Regimen can be found at your local drugstore. Find out more at the website.

In general, for clear skin it helps if you: don't touch/pick at your skin, drink lots of water, wash your hair frequently, change your pillowcases, exercise, wear little make-up (or if needed, hypo-allergenic makeup), and minimize stress.

Another tip is to look up online consumer reviews of acne products before you buy them, using sites like epinions.com or drugstore.com. A great website I use to get cosmetic reviews is makeupalley.com (A mostly women's site). Hope this helps!

Ask your doctor about BenzaClin Tropical Gel...its a prescription acne cream. It literally works miracles!
It gets rid of acne in 3-6weeks of use. After washing your face with soap pat dry and apply it at only at bedtime to the affected areas. I've been using it for about 6months and my skin is smooth and clear.
