I think the Cardinals will be. Come on to the people who are picking Denver and Indy and such. This is UPSET team. It isn't which team will win the Superbowl. How do you think that Denver will be an upset when they were in the AFC Championship Game? Only improvement they can make is going to the Superbowl. That wouldn't make them an upset team. The Colts can't be an upset team either. They finished with teh best record in the AFC last year. An upset team basically is a bad team that has dramatically improved. That would be Arizona most likely. I don't think Green Bay can really be counted because how little was left of their team last year. This was an injury depleated team. I think the Saints have a chance of being considered an upset team this year as well. With McCallister back and Brees they should be ok.

Why is everyone picking Cleveland?...I like Charlie Frye and all but DAMN...I think they're still a year away, although I think Reuben Drounghs will get 1,000 yds on the ground and if Braylon Edwards can stay off the DL Cleveland is looking 8-8..because Cincy and Pitt will hand them 4 losses right there!
My Surprise...and I almost said Detriot, although that Division is weak enough that the Lions could go 9-7, just by going 6-2 at home. However the Cards are my team to watch...Top 5 Defense, 2 of the BEST wideouts in the NFL and the Edge...Leinart will be starting by week 3, because Warner is an OLD man!!

Cardinals
They were the only team in the top 10 in defensive yards allowed and offensive yards gained. That sort of balance is what gets teams to the super bowl, with the exception of the Rams and Ravens from recent years.
The biggest question is the O-Line, but if they stay healthy they're better than people say. Last year they started 8 different groups of offensive linemen. The O-Line has to work together and they will be better when they are more familiar with each other.
They will get Antrel Rolle back, they have the most underrated safety in the league in Robert Griffith.
They also have the ideal bye week, Week 9...

I think the Cardinals, because this year, they are going to have a nice new stadium next year, they have two top-notch QB's in Kurt Warner and Matt Leinart, two great WR's in Anquan Boldin and Larry Fitzgerald, and one of the most dominant RB;s of the last decade in Edgerrin James. The Cardinals may very well play spoiler to a couple other teams this year, but they are still too young to make the Super Bowl. maybe in like 5 years, the Cradinals will be winning everything and the patriots will be bottom of the barrel! Who knows?

No upset. Cinci. If the Qb is ok will be the best. They were there last year and if you've seen who they picked up in-the off season. By the way , I'm not a Cinci fan. Just a realist.

Cardinals, Packers, Texans, Ravens, Titans, Eagles, Falcons or Rams all have shots at improving this year but the Green Bay Packers will be most improved from 4-12 to 9-7.
For the remainder, the Ravens will improve by +4 or 5 wins. Falcons and Rams will be flat. Cardinals, Titans, and Texans will improve but not drastically (yet). Eagles will be back (but only +4 in wins).

Did somebody really say Denver? ....What kind of an upset will that be? We already know they're super good....
Arizona Cardinals....if they win more then 9 games this year...I might cheer them on because they really deserve a winning season finally...all those good players and it's wasted...even the new stadium (which I might add,...is very cool).
Provided they aren't playing Carolina...I'd cheer for them all the way
