when a beam of electrons pass thru a sufficiently small diffraction grating ,showing the wave nature of the electron,does the beam experience electrical resistance?

No, electrons in a beam are traveling freely and independently through space. Electrons in atoms of a conductor that get passed from atom to atom to make electricity flow in a wire are behaving much differently. In that case, the resistance comes from inefficiencies of handing off the electron from atom to atom.
