Hey there gals.
I want to settle something with my boyfriend. He says that "MOST" women crave chocolate when there on their period...I don't crave it during mine. I eat it whenever I feel like it! Do you CRAVE and gotta have it during your period.......or just whenever?

Hunni, anytime is the right time for chocolate. Now you have given me the chocolate gremlin munchies, it must be after midnight....I tend to get a chocolate craving really bad as soon as i wake up...I have the worst sweet tooth in the world....

You know, I always crave chocolate. When I'm on my period I don't really crave anything specific, but it is also known a lot of women crave greasy foods while on their periods.

No I crave salty foods. I just eat chocolate when I feel like it too but don't really crave it.

I don't eat chocolate or crave it.
I crave things like bread and potatoes just as my period starts, and I get REALLY hungry. It only lasts a few hours.

at that time, i crave food, any kind. otherwise chocolate is a standard everyday crave, usually in the afternoons. doesn't mean i always give in ;)
btw sugar free chocolate wafers are wonderful for those times.

when its that time of the month i get cravings and sometimes its for chocolate and sometimes its for other things

Sorry Chicky he is right........ I crave chocolate right before that yucky icky day comes....... I usually also give in at the worst time, late at night......... A nice piece of fudge sounds so delicious... With walnuts........ Oops..... Well now you know.........
