Try taking the back cover off and the battery out. Open the phone and place it somewhere warm and dry with moving air for a day or two. You need to do this as soon as possible.
The more you can take the phone apart, the better (see link below on disassembly).
If the phone still does not turn on, try borrowing a battery from someone with the same model of phone. It *might* just be the battery that's been damaged.
If this fails I'm aftraid your phone is probably ruined. You might choose to take it to a phone shop for their opinion - just in case.
Bear in mind that phone engineers can tell if it's suffered water damage. See the link below about the "little red dot" which indicates water or humidity damage - this voids most warranties.
Check your home insurance policy, sometimes (but rarely) they cover personal items such as phones.
Good luck!

Take the battery out immediately. Dont put back in until all water is out-2 days. Open it up as much as you can without breaking it. Get a hairdryer and use the cool blowing function-if not set on low heat and lay near phone pointing at it. Do this for about two hours. Make sure the screen has no fog or water in it before you stop the hair dryer. Then let the phone sit and dry. If you put the battery back in and its still acting funny take it out and wait a little bit longer. I dropped a $350 Samsung in the washer for five minutes on wash. Pulled it out did what I stated above and everything works perfect. I am still using it.

I am sorry to sat that it is probably toast. I have the same phone, plus many others made by Motorola, and it's not very durable, That's why most cellular providers won't insure it. The only thing that you can try doing, is taking a blow dryer to it (on low). Blow dry air on it for a few minutes and then try turning it on again. However, if you dropped it in a significant amount of water, you will most definitely have to get a new one.

Pray you bought some insurance. My sister spilled a cup of water on my Moto MPX220 like only having it for less that a month and I paid 350 for it on ebay when it first came out. Didn't have insurance so couldn't do a thing about it.

you should just take the battery out and let it dry out for at least 24 hours. this happened to my dad also and it worked after a day of drying out. even if you can't see the water, it's still in there. just give it about like i said 24 hours minimum.

It's dead. There is no remedy for a soaked phone. If you have the protection plan you can get another, otherwise you will have to buy one.

From experience, you won't be able to revive your razor. Cherish the memories you had with it.
