Yes, but it might be pretty warm. For those who believe in the whole UV ray is damaging sham, they think that is one of the worst times to be in the sun. I take it with a grain of salt. If you build up your tan gradually, and not burn, I believe tanning is good for you. Just don't get carried away or by the time you are 40 you will look like leather.

What does it matter what time it is? As long as the sun is shining you can get a tan.

dusk is the best time to get a tan. that's when i tan the best.

Down here in Florida, you can get burned at 6PM.... so the answer is YES.
