What an awesome idea! What you could do is enlarge your avatar and then print it on that new kodak paper that is sort of plastic and stretches. Then glue it to your face before you go for your next driver's license picture. You might start a whole new industry for fake IDs.

You need an actual photo for your drivers license. Cartoony pictures that probably resemble nothing close to you are not even considered.
