i need an expert on honda civic's here?

i want to install the 99-00 bumper in my 96-98 civic i need to know what i will have to change to put on this bumper. What modification will have to be done to install this specific bumper

you shouldnt need anything if your vehicle falls withing the 3-5 year period of changing frames. If not you need a couple of 1/2" thick plates about 3" wide to fabricate some brackets to fall within the safety requirements.

you would need 99 2000 finders hood lights

you will need the headlights, hood, grill, and fenders. no other modification except bolt-on
