Hello there! I'll give you an answer based on my personal experience, because I am an Aries woman too. I have found that I get along better with Air signs than with Fire signs, but that's just me. My current partner is Aquarius, and it's a good match, we have been dating for 3 years now (and the guy before him was an Aquarius also, so you could say I made my choice). We get along very well, because we are both active, intuitive and we love the unpredictable side of each other.
Another good match is with a Gemini, because they love to talk, they're very clever and quite weird, which makes them more interesting.
They say the best match is with a Leo. I haven't met any Leo men yet, but I think they're too egotistical for me. I get along with Sagittarius men too, but it's not that great as it was supposed to be. They're a little too shallow and childish for me.
As for the rest of the signs... I stay away from Virgos and Scorpios (especially women, because all of them were mean to me so far). I dated a Scorpio once... bad idea, they're simply too possesive and that guy made me climb the walls with his extremist thinking. Taurus... that will be my mom... we always fight (actually, the neighbouring signs are never compatible, ask any astrologer. They are too different and have no common ground to base a relationship); same with Pisces (their constant winning is making me crazy!). Capricorns are very misterious, but they are too cold to get along with a Fire sign such as Aries. As for Cancer... they could arise your maternal feelings, but that won't last, they are simply too sensitive!
I don't ususally rely on the Sun-sign compatibility. I learned how to interpret compatibility charts and that's what I rely on. It hasn't failed me once! People are very different. You might find out that the ones you should get along with (according to classic astrology) really get on your nerves, because they are not 100% Leo/Sagittarius/Aquarius etc and you are not 100% Aries! The most accurate interpretation is the compatibility chart.

I've heard Libras are good matches, I think Aries doesn't match well with some other signs because Aries people are usually stubborn (like my sister) and if you put an Aries with, say a Taurus, they'd probably fight a lot to get their way... Libras are usually more peaceful...

Saggitarius is the perfect match.
Shy signs like Virgo wouldn't work as they would bore aries and aries would try to dominate them.

Aries and Aries ♥
If one partner will submit and allow the other "to rule the roost," then there should be much compatibility between two persons born with the element of fire in their sign. Although there is obviously a lack of contrasting personalities, there will be a sympathetic understanding by both parties regarding the qualities and shortcomings of the other. It would seldom be a peaceful or quiet relationship, the exception being that Aries natives do like to recharge their batteries in solitude every now and again and, hopefully, the timing would coincide.
