You can pregnant only when you ovulate- 5 days before your ovulation, the day of the ovulation and the day after.
If you're asking about the time of the day, you could get pregnant at any time, day or night.
Good luck !

I don't think you will ever get a health care professional to say the words "you can not get pregnant during this part of your cycle" too many things just accidentaly happen.

No. You have to be ovulating and that happens the first 3-4 days after your period occurs in most women.

short answer - no.

the possibility of getting pregnant depends on the timing and a host of other factors - when your ovulation period is, when intercourse was done, whether you are using contraceptives, your age, etc, etc.

yeah. many people have tried to avoid pregnancy by counting days around their periods and get caught preggers....the best way to avoid pregnancy (and a few nasty stds) is not to have sex at all.
