After winning the JD Powers Award for Best in Customer Service for the past three years, and being at the top right now and looking at a Fourth Year (Yay!) I can honestly say that T-Mobile is the best out there. High ranking customer service, the best price on phone plans (The GET MORE guarantee) and the best overall cell-site coverage. Go to www.t-mobile.com and check it out, plug your address into the coverage map to see what your coverage, and you can even activate on the web. You can also call sales at 1-800-TMOBILE, or plug your address in the store locator for the nearest T-Mobile store in your area. Good Luck!! (BTW...I grew up in Aurelia, IA...don't know how far you are from there but it is about an hour and a half southeast of Sioux City)

Well, I am on a Cingular family plan with no complaints. And there have been many commercials lately that advertise cingular as the network with the fewest dropped calls (according to the "leading independent research company") which seems like a good omen. But I wouldn't really consider myself an authority.

Its extremely common. The instantaneous provider and the maker of the telephone sign a settlement at the same time conserving that the telephones will come locked. when you consider that they are inner maximum companies, they are able to try this. I on no account flow to a enterprise because of the fact of a telephone they have till i comprehend the provider for it is going to be super.

If it is excellent customer service you want then T-Mobile is the one to go with, HOWEVER the network is the least reliable I have used.
