meaning, if you were to build the typical teleportation apperatus but have the recieving ends on a scale of planetary distances apart,would the "state" info be instantly propogated thru the system?

No. Notice that in the article you cite, it states that "To perform the teleportation, Alice and Bob must have a classical communication channel". A classical communication channel would be something like a radiofrequency channel or Morse code signaling using a laser. You cannot communicate classically faster than the speed of light. Alice will have to send classical information to Bob before he can interpret his result, so quantum teleportation does not allow information to travel faster than light.

How can someone with such poor grammar ask such a question? Your 'question' proper, and the details don't ask the same question, though.
There is no way to answer such a theoretical question, as there is no 'typical' teleportation device.
As for your main question, as of now, no.
EDIT: The only way to skirt the 'light speed limit' is through a wormhole, or by warping spacetime - both of which are beyond our technology - which is why I say "as of now, no"...

I find this stuff so interesting, I just wish my mind was big enough to grasp all of the real concepts of quantum mechanics. Guess that's why we have smart people.
