no. better to avoid strenuous workout. explain headache in mild, moderate, localized or generalized terms and associated features to get better answer.

Maybe if you did something to get rid of the headache first, like do some breathing exercises or drink some water. Maybe you just need a little food in your tummy.

Drink something with a crapload of caffiene in it and your headache will most likely go away. I did my disortation in pharmacy school on the effects of medicines versus natural remedies (if you count coffee as a natural substance. Some people don't).
