Ever hear of Habitat for Humanity? There is no rule that says one must be a Christians to join this organization. Besides, where did you get the idea that religion does any good for the world? If it did, then all you theists could just pray to God and HE would build the homes and feed the starving children.

I donate abundantly and have joined church group outings for the sole purpose to help the poor (simply because they have the money and organization) even though I don't belong to their denomination. You should really talk to people outside of your religious sect in order to realize that one can be ambiguous about god and still love and care for humanity.

Well.. don't really repair/build homes but I like to consistantely donate clothes/toys/food/money to orphanages because I'm a kid myself. I'd hate to be an orphan. But I am an atheist.

so are you in turn saying atheist = heathen?

Isn't that a little rude? Aren't christians supposed to spread love not hatred?

Oh wait.. thats wrong, I forgot that christians tend to be bigoty meanspirited loosers.

Yes, several. They also join other groups to help do it. Just because they don't crow about it all over the place doesn't mean they don't exist.
