The official definition of being drunk and incapable is when you are so drunk you are unable to stand or walk or unaware of what you are doing or unable to understand what is said to you.
Each person has a different tolerance. Me? I am a cheap drunk. I literally can take two big sips off of a beer and I am toasted. I wouldn't trust myself to drive.

definition of DRUNK:
Drunkenness, in its most common usage, is the state of being intoxicated with ethyl alcohol to a sufficient degree to impair mental and motor functioning. Common symptoms may include impaired speech, loss of balance, and other effects. Without being inebriated, a drinking person may be described as "buzzed" or "tipsy" while experiencing these symptoms to a lesser degree.
A person who is habitually intoxicated in this manner is labeled an alcoholic, often referred to as a "drunk" (a shortened form of the more traditional term "drunkard") or colloquially as an "alco", "Conor Corbet", "alkie", "jakey," "whessy" or "lush".
Drunkenness can also be used to describe the effects of any number of illegal drugs. This is more commonly referred to as being "high", "stoned", or "tripping", depending on the specific drug in question.

You can be drunk in alot of things, not just alcohol. However anything you do to make you lose control of your actions would be drunk. You can actually be drunk in the Spirit and that's ok.
