Kelly would move her king in a L movement. Jar jar would move his tower and his queen to the front of the king. Then Kelly would totally flip out and she would start throwing every piece on the board to Jar jar's head. Jar Jar would start to shield behind the board throwing all the pices to the ground screaming MEESA WIN.
Then Kelly would sing Bohemian rhapsody and Jar Jar just start screaming, ok, Messa surrender. And Kelly wins.

Well, that's a tough question.
I don't think that Jar Jar Binks even has hands, does he? He may have a hard time moving the chess pieces.
Then again, Kelly Pickler doesn't have a brain, so that's an equally dehibilitating impediment.
Actually, I think it would come down to has the most annoying voice. Does Jar Jar Binks even talk? I can imagine how he would sound. I don't want to imagine Kelly's hideous wailing.
Good question, it made me think!

The funny thing is that they would hold a conversation that none of the observers would understand. I'm thinking Kelly would have the advantage over Jar Jar since he'd keep knocking pieces over with his tongue looking at her.

They would sit and stare at each other for hours. Then Jar Jar would suddenly declare, "Meesa win!". To which Kelly would reply, "I'm no good at checkers, y'all".

Jar Jar would be too fidgety, vocal, and indecisive.
