Just invite a bunch of people over, pool party. The whole coordinated RSVP parties are so lame, just do something spontaneous. I hate planned parties where they have like a time clock and tell you what to do. Invite kids over, tell them to bring at least a bag of chips or a bottle of soda, and have a party. That's simple, right?

a sleepover.. with all of your close friends! a pool party, a fancy dinner party (at a not too too expensive restaurant, but still nice), a formal party, a dress-up party (like everyone dresses from the 40's), anything like that is cute and fun. have a good time, and happy early birthday! :)

Go to a park or campground with your friends and camp out. Campfire..marshmallows, some tunes. Wiener roast. Swimming. Biking. Your parents would have to come too of course as supervisors...but they can do their own thing. Lots of kids your age have never experienced that, and it could be memorable for everyone.

We rented a Hummer for my son when he turned 12. It was winter. The Hummer had Playstations at each seat. They went to a movie after the ride.
We got Hummer T-shirts for the boys who came to the party. It was a real fun party for a winter birthday.

you should just be happy that you're able to reach the age of thirteen and enjoy life. Your life shouldn't be determined by whether you have "memorable" parties.
