Ds Lite. IN Europe (hopefully US later) you can actually WEB SURF. Go to a Ds Download Station and it will download MOVIES. Once all that is equalized, it's PSP's music download vs. DS' BUILT IN mic, touch screen, and BUILT IN chatroom (unlike using online ones for PSP). The DS games also have way more interactivity, and also has more 2-D side-scrollers.

The DS. Psp is having a hard time with sales at the moment. One of its "biggest features" that it can play movies isnt all that great. Alot of people these days are not buying USMD format, simply because it can only be played on the PSP, hence them going for DVD.
Psp is just not all that its hyped up to be.
Go for the DS. In fact the DS is getting an expasnion that lets it surf the web with an Opera browser and also a TV Tuner.
So in the end its just as good as a PSP.

I thought the first DS was better than the PSP. The DS took a chance on inovation whereas the PSP just deluted gaming further. Yeah, it's nice to be able to use the same device to play games and listen to music, but the PSP is much more like one of those Razors that can play music than an actual gaming system. The only difference is that the PSP can't make phone calls.

the lite. psp sales are down. i saw a ton of psps at walmart. i asked how many they sold today at 6p.m. and they said none. then i saw that there were a lot of sold out games for the ds. i asked when are you going to get this game. and they said that sold out today. we might get it in a week or so. so i think that the lite is better.

the ds is picking momentum.

metroid
wario ware
meteor
psp kinda sucks with the firmware updates and the overpriced movies, unless you can homebrew.

ds is way cooler. it has 1)pokemon and 2) a touch screen, the rest it has is a bonus!
