Do not buy old or used seat belts, the webbing could be damaged if the car that they were in was in a wreck. Seat belts go bad, NHRA inspects seat belts in race cars, they have to be updated every 2 years.

You could always try to unbolt them & dye them with that fabric dye, I think it is called rit. It is under $5.00. I'm not sure if it will take onto that type of fabric though. Good luck though!
